These terms cover the Vedbew website and the Vedbew Bots service, an AI-powered customer service assistant that responds to messages on behalf of the businesses that hire it (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok, web widget and email).
1. Use of the service
The service is provided to businesses (clients) that connect their messaging accounts. Each business is responsible for the content of its catalog, its policies, and the responses it configures.
2. Automated responses
Responses are generated by AI and may contain errors. Any purchase, price or commitment is confirmed with a human advisor from the business before it becomes binding.
3. Connected accounts
The business authorizes Vedbew Bots to read and respond to the messages it receives on the connected accounts. It can disconnect them at any time from the corresponding platform.
4. Acceptable use
The service may not be used for spam, impersonation, illegal content, or to violate the policies of the connected platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google).
5. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". Vedbew is not liable for losses arising from incorrect automated responses or from interruptions of third-party platforms.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date indicates the version in effect.
