It covers two things: this site's contact form and the Vedbew Bots service.

A. Site contact form

  • Data: name, email, company, service of interest, approximate budget and message.
  • Use: to respond to the quote request. It is sent by email to Vedbew from our own mail server.
  • Retention: for as long as the business relationship lasts or until deletion is requested.

B. Vedbew Bots (AI messaging assistant)

1. Data we process

Text messages, images and audio sent to the messaging accounts of the businesses that use the service, along with the conversation identifier and the sender's profile name.

2. What for

Solely to generate a response to the message received and, if applicable, to hand off the conversation to a human advisor from the business.

3. Who it is shared with

With the AI model provider that generates the responses (Alibaba Cloud Model Studio or Google Gemini) and with the business's inbox platform (Chatwoot or ManyChat). It is not sold or used for advertising.

4. Retention

The conversation history is kept for a maximum of 10 messages per conversation and is deleted upon handoff to a human advisor. Cost logs do not contain the content of the messages.

5. Data from third-party platforms

Data obtained through Meta (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp) and TikTok is used only to respond to messages from the connected business, in accordance with each platform's developer policies.
